Mexican cuisine chain expands in New Mexico

Del Taco Restaurants, Inc., headquartered in Lake Forest, recently announced that it will be opening five new locations in New Mexico, two of which are already opened, and the other three are under construction.

The chain is considered a Mexican Quick Service Restaurant, and is the second largest in the country. It is partnering with QK Holdings, LLC, for the expansion efforts in New Mexico. CEO of QK Holdings, Doug Koch, commented that Del Taco offers its guests freshly prepared tacos and burritos at affordable prices.

Del Taco is unique among the Mexican Quick Service Restaurants in that it combines traditional convenience and value of a fast food eatery with the fresh preparation and quality that is equal to that of fast casual, Koch added. The restaurant also offers premium products as well as Buck & Under value menu items, which offer some of the lowest prices in the industry yet maintain a wide variety of offerings, he said.

Having been in existence for more than 50 years now, Del Taco was purchased last year by the Levy Acquisition Corporation. It now boasts more than 500 locations around the country.

Del Taco may benefit from various printing services that can be used to let residents of the communities in New Mexico become aware of the opening of the restaurant.
