Market, concert, and pet celebration to come to Lake Forest area

Several events are coming to the North Paseo in Mission Viejo over the next few days. Residents of nearby Lake Forest may be interested in one or more of these events.

Such special events hosted by a city are often promoted throughout a community and surrounding areas with attractive flyer printing.

There is a new Farmers Market with a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits that are locally grown, as well as cooked items, baked goods, and handmade crafts. This takes place on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm and is run by Farm and Craft Market, which holds similar markets at several other Southern California locations.

There will be live music from Megan Malerie, an acoustic songwriter and singer with the blue lyricism of Lana Del Rey and the soulful vocals of Adele. This will be performed this Thursday, August 24th, from 11:30am to 1:30pm. The concert is open to the public and admission is free.

Next week, to celebrate National Dog Day, a check-a-chip pop-up will be hosted by Mission Viejo Animal Services (MVAS). Officers from MVAS will be on hand to answer questions related to animal services, check how well pets’ microchips are working, and provide tips and information about programs and services provided by the center and local wildlife. This event will be on Wednesday, August 30th, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
