A new martial arts center will be opening in Lake Forest in September. The Dragon Institute will be teaching Wing Chun, which is a discipline of Kung Fu that was made famous by Bruce Lee.
Students can now enroll at the Institute, which will have martial arts classes for both children and adults. It is holding a pre-grand opening offer of 58% off the monthly cost for tuition, and is available to the first 10 who sign up. Flyer printing can be used to promote such special deals prior to opening day.
Classes will be on the art of Wing Chun, featuring an integrated focus on practical fighting and realistic self-defense, as well as concepts of Jeet Kune Do, the philosophy of Bruce Lee. The curriculum for the children’s classes will include skills based on leadership development and character-based lessons. Adults will learn effective hand-to-hand combat along with program for life development so that they can live more passionate, fulfilling, and healthier lives.
The philosophy of Wing Chun is to not teach the martial arts but to change the way people look at life. The approach is to simplify issues, prioritize tasks, clarify opportunities, and operate in the present to become more confident, efficient, relaxed, calm and self-assured.
The grand opening will be held on Saturday, September 10 beginning at 10:00 am.
