The Sequoias at The Meadows in Lake Forest, built by Toll Brothers, has entered the final phase of selling its 57 homes. Toll Brothers is the leading builder of luxury homes in the country and these homes offer lavish amenities and expansive sites.

This planned community has three home designs that range from just over 3,400 square feet to over 3,500 square feet. The homes have grand entrances, five and half bathrooms, five bedrooms, and an attached garage for two cars. Options include floating staircases, multigenerational living suites with optional kitchenettes, primary suite retreat or deck, and an office among others. The price for these homes starts at $2.7 million.

Among the amenities offered are two pools, two spas, a large recreation center, sports fields, 12 acres of parks, and volleyball, pickleball, and basketball courts. There is also access to a park in the neighborhood that has open turf play areas, a playground for children, picnic tables, shade shelters, and barbeque pits.
