CrossFit Arc, located in Lake Forest, recently announced the appointment of Noah Drew as new Head Coach and General Manager.
Drew originally founded CrossFit in 2007, and, starting in 2011, owned and operated CrossFit Arc. From his garage, he grew his training clientele and was able to open his first facility, from which developed the current state of the art facility that is over 5,000 square feet in size. Drew sold CrossFit to MVP Fitness, LLC in 2015. CrossFit Arc focuses on increasing strength, endurance, stamina, and flexibility without the use of machines.
Owner Bobby Madden said that the company is thrilled to be welcoming back Drew and his family. Drew’s passion and ability to connect with clients enabled the customization of programs that generate results. That kind of passion and quality is needed in the gym, which will now have a bright future under his leadership.
Drew commented that he is happy to be able to return to the organization. His many years of experience, success, passion for information, and numerous certifications will enable every client to reach their fitness goals and get amazing results. Drew has spent over 1000 hours actively coaching CrossFit and other types of general strength and conditioning for teams, groups and individuals.
