Final course in real estate program comes to Irvine

A new prep course for the Real Estate Exam will be offered at the University of California, Irvine Extension next month. It is close enough to Lake Forest, that those from that city will most certainly want to travel to Irvine if they are interested in passing the California licensing exam.

The content of the course will cover such areas as practice of real estate, laws of agency and fiduciary duties, property valuation and financial analysis, and land use control and regulations. Brain Bauer, who has a wide range of experience in the field of real estate, will be teaching the course, and, according to director of business programs for the University of California Extension, Stephane Muller, will be comprehensive and cover all the topics of such courses that have been taught in the past.

This course is the last one in the Specialized Studies Program for Real Estate Licensure at the University. The program consists of 135 hours of education and satisfies all the requirements in order to take the real estate license exam.

The University of California Extension may want to use a flyer printing company to Print Flyers about the course and the program itself, promoting it to those in the area who want to become real estate agents.

The course will be given on campus, and will last two days, July 9 and 10.
