Chinese automobile companies set up new location in Lake Forest

HAAH Automotive Holdings and Zotye Automobile International Co., which sells the Zoyte vehicle around the world and in its base country of China, recently joined forces to create a headquarters in Lake Forest for service operations, parts distribution, and conducting vehicle sales.

The Lake Forest operation, to be known as Zotye USA, will produce an SUV. The model is currently being designed and developed and it is expected that it will be able to be sold to customers in the United States beginning in 2020.

Chairman and CEO of HAAH Automotive Holdings, Duke Hale, said this new headquarters was the result of four years of negotiations and discussions with Zotye in China. The result will be a network of dealers that will be able to handle sales and service in the United States. Several dealers have already expressed interest in the brand and there will be more announcements regarding this in the near future.

Chairman of Zotye Automobile International Co., Wangsheng Zhu, commented that HAAH has a great deal of experience in the selling of automobiles, and offers many innovative concepts that will enable the Zotye automobile to have an impact on the market in America.
