A Monte Carlo Casino Night will be held by Art & Creativity for Healing at AV Irvine in October. Many residents of Lake Forest will want to attend this annual fundraiser the proceeds of which go towards 25 percent of the budget of the non-profit organization.
This year’s gala will feature a silent auction with over 200 items, casino gaming, and substantial hors d’oeuvres, catered by 24 Carrots. A special program at the gala will recognize Kay Hodges as Volunteer of the Year, KidWorks OC as Nonprofit Partner Agency of the Year, and Jody Marcon will be recognized as Facilitator of the Year. DJ Andy Nation will provide music and dancing while live music will be performed by Ryan Heflin, a singer and songwriter.
The event has been sold out over the past five years. Poster printing can be used to encourage people to register early for such events.
Proceeds of the gala will go towards the emotional healing programs of the non-profit organization using creative expression and art to help those enduring stress, grief, or pain. These Art4Healing workshops are provided to over 40 non-profit partner agencies in Southern California that are focused on assisting seniors, those in the military and veterans, and people without homes, among others.
The gala will take place on Saturday, October 12th beginning at 7:00 p.m.
