Clovis welcomes return of special seasonal guest
While Santa may be very busy at his workshop up at the North Pole, he has saved some time in his schedule to head down to Clovis for a special celebration.
The city’s Here Comes Santa Claus 2025 event is fast approaching, and it's on offer thanks to the efforts of the Clovis Veterans Memorial District. It will take place in the afternoon, and both the young and the young at heart may enjoy the festive fun.
During the celebration, the attendees will be treated to live music courtesy of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Band, and following the concert, there will be hot chocolate and cookies served. The kids can craft an ornament and the make and take station, and a bouncy house, face painters and free photos with Santa are all in the works.
To ensure that the event runs smoothly, the planners have requested that everyone sign up ahead of time. Small promotional products to distribute as “Santa gifts” during a holiday gathering can be ordered from area print shops.
Clovis Veterans Memorial District will be giving the Big Guy in Red a hearty welcome at 808 4th Street on December 14th. Its doors will open at 1:30 pm, and the show is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm. The host can be contacted for tickets and info.
