The SoCal North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) Training Day is scheduled to take place in Chino next month.
This event makes it easy for Chino locals to access professional training opportunities for themselves and their hunting dogs, as well as the chance to connect with others who also enjoy hunting with their dogs. When hosting training events, organizers often turn to brochure printing to provide attendees with detailed event summaries and keep them well informed.
In order to attend, all dogs must already be well-socialized and familiar with basic obedience training.
Participants are advised to bring the following items for their dogs: retrieving dummies or bumpers, a leash, a tie-out, a food/water bowl, treats or food, water, a crate or kennel, first aid supplies, a brush or comb to remove any burrs, and a towel to wipe mud from a dog’s paws.
For themselves, participants are recommended to take clothing suitable for outdoor work, bug repellent, sunscreen, first aid supplies, protective goggles, ear protection, a Break Action Shotgun, steel shot, bird Bags or crates, snacks, and water. A bright orange hunter’s coat, vest, or hat is essential for the event.
This dog training event is set to occur at the Prado Dam Recreational Dog Activities Area on Sunday, September 20 from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
