A Chino museum will be celebrating its American pride with an event that will showcase an assortment of aircraft.
Planes of Fame Museum will be offering the public a special twist on the traditional Fourth of July Parade, featuring North American T-6 Texan planes. The festivities will be family friendly.
The day will kick off when the museum doors open, and the first Hangar Talk will begin shortly after. These will explore the history of aviation, including a discussion of some of its pioneers. Just after noon, the Flying Parade will take to the sky, and this will be followed up with a Q&A session with one of the pilots. Food trucks will be on hand, and there will be special fun just for the younger set. Everyone can enjoy the costumed reenactors, and there will also be guides to provide assistance and information.
During the event, the museum’s gift shop will be open for business. Printers can craft custom designed Promotional Products to offer for sale as fundraising items during a public celebration, with a full line to choose from.
Planes of Fame Air Museum will celebrate with this special event on July 4 itself, opening at 9:00 am, and all ages are welcome. Regular admissions rates apply, and the museum is located at 14998 Cal Aero Drive in Chino.
