Chino is a community that cares about families, and an upcoming event will treat local kids and parents alike to a fun-filled experience.
The city has scheduled its Healthy Family Day celebration, and it has partnered with the Chino Valley YMCA to present the festivities to the public. It will be focused on physical activity, nutrition and other health related areas, and it will be running for four hours at the Neighborhood Activity Center located at 5201 D Street.
The agenda for the gathering includes performances by a variety of live entertainers, and there will be activity stations set up just for the kids. Everyone can take in the fitness and other demonstrations, and information about water and the health of the environment will be distributed. There will be information booths to explore, and the organizations manning them may be handing out Promotional Products to anyone who stops by. Food will be available and those interested can try their luck in one of the friendly competitions that are in the works.
