Chino offers chilly fun for families

Chino will soon be treated to a taste of snowy winter fun when it hosts an activity filled with chilly excitement.

Chilly Chino Show Day is on the way to the city. The festivities will be on offer at the Ayala Park Operations Center, and the whole family is invited to enjoy all the activities.

During the function's three scheduled sessions, attendees will be offered the chance to participate in everything from tobogganing to making snowballs, and there will be other ice-cold fun as well. Everyone can try their hand at building a snowman, and when the time comes for a bite to eat, there will be several food vendors on hand. Other small businesses will also be setting up shop, and not-for-profit and community service groups have also been invited to join in the festivities.

The organizers have extended a big tip of the hat to the Kiwanis Club of Chino and Vortex Plumbing, which are the main sponsors for this year's Chilly Chino Show Day. Many planners of events like this have special certificates or Corporate Gifts prepared to present to a function’s supporters to thank them for their help.

Chino is set to celebrate life’s chilly side on Saturday, January 17. Admission is $10 per person. The first two sessions are full, but spaces remain on the 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm session.
