This June, bird fans will be on their way to a Chino venue to be part of a celebration of their feathery friends.
The Portuguese Hall of Chino Valley will be rolling out the welcome mat for an event that will put the feathered set first. Tickets will only be available for purchase at the gate, starting at $10 for kids and $15 for adults and seniors.
The activity will include everything from tiny finches and budgies to huge macaws, as well as parrots, quails, and other companion birds. The public can learn more about birds and whether or not they are a good fit for their family, and those who already have a feathery companion will find supplies, food, and treats to take home to their winger wonder. They can also meet other bird fans and find out about local vets that specialize in avian medicine.
