Chino to host annual Inclusion Community Celebration

Chino is a community where everyone can feel welcome, and a special upcoming event is set to help make it even more inclusive.

The city will be teaming up with its not-for-profit sector to offer the Inclusion Community Celebration, which will be held in the Neighborhood Activity Center located at 5201 D. Street. A registration link will be provided for those who wish to attend, which will be a requirement to participate.

The function, which will have the atmosphere of a block party celebration, will connect the community’s disabled residents, as well as others with special needs, with resources that may be of interest to them. There will be an assortment of sensory-friendly fun available, and food and drinks will be served. Support for the gathering has been provided by the Chino Police Officers Foundation and the Chino Police Officers Association.

Taking part in a resource fair can make it easier for a not-for-profit group to connect with its target group. Promotional Pens and other swag to distribute to attendees can be sourced from printing services companies in the area.

The Inclusion Community Celebration will be welcoming its registrants on Saturday, September 14. It will begin at 10:00 am and wrap up at 2:00 pm. More information about the day is available on the City of Chino website.
