The Chino Valley YMCA Reindeer Romp is scheduled to return to Chino for its ninth year.
In past years, this annual fundraiser run has involved more than one in-person running division, but for 2020, the Reindeer Romp will involve a single 5K event which participants can run or walk. Those involved can choose whether they wish to complete the race virtually or onsite, where the main event will take place.
Those who register will receive a finisher medal and a race shirt.
Until Sunday, November 29th, registration for this Chino racing event will be $35, but the sign-up fee will increase to $40 from Saturday, November 30th to the day of the race. Runners under 18 years old can sign up for the race if a parent or guardian also Signs the form. When filling out registration Forms, participants who prefer to sign up by mail or in person often visit Print shops to create physical Copies of Forms.
All proceeds earned from registration fees will contribute to the nonprofit Chino Valley YMCA organization and help to support its services and programs.
The ninth Reindeer Romp 5k Run and Walk is set to take place at Ayala Park on Saturday, December 5th. Participants can arrive at the starting line any time between 7:00am and 8:30am to make social distancing easier.
