A brand new craft beer festival is on the way for Chino, and the proceeds from the festivities will be passed along to a local not-for-profit group that serves the needs of adults living with developmental and intellectual challenges.
The Anthesis program will be the beneficiary of the first ever Brewabiltities festival, which will put area craft brewers in the spotlight. Chino Hills’ McCoy Equestrian Center will be the venue for the festivities, and at least 20 different craft beer makers will have samples on site.
The planners have created several different ticket types, and other than the designated driver pass, they all include pours of beer and wine. Tasting glasses with special graphic design will be handed out, and the VIP tickets also include a charcuterie box as well as a baseball cap and shaded seating area.
To thank the designated drivers for making sure everyone gets home safely, they will receive a baseball cap as well as free lemonade and water. Food will be available for purchase on site by everyone who comes out, and live music and a craft vendor area are all in the works.
This inaugural event has been scheduled for Saturday, April 22. The festivities will be getting started at 12:00 pm and ticket prices range from $20 to $75.
