Chino kids will head back to school with the supplies they need to find academic success, thanks to an event on offer in July.
This year will be the fourth time that the iD.A.Y.Dream Backpack and School Supplies Giveaway has been held. A big success in previous years, it will be taking place at Celebration Park North, and it is on offer free of charge.
The function will see Backpacks, Books, and other supplies distributed for as long as they last. Kids must be present, and there will be no line-holding permitted. Guests are advised that RSVPs do not guarantee a backpack.
Along with the giveaway, guests will have the chance to meet and patronize the vendors on site. Everyone has been asked to bring along a generous donation of new underwear, socks or some stuffed animals, and these will be gathered and donated to local shelters to be used by the children who reside there.
A selection of community minded businesses have lent their financial support to the day. To thank them for their generous spirit, the Logo Design of each of these businesses can be found on the function's internet listing.
