Chino fans of the feathered set will soon find lots to talk about, as a traveling pet bird expo will be making a stop near the city this November.
Parrots, budgies, conures and other hookbills, along with finch, mynah and dove fans will be immersed in lots of bird-related products and services when they attend this special event. Tickets will only be available for purchase at the door, and they are $10.00 each. Kids under one may enter free of charge.
While the public browses through the display tables, they can meet small business owners and learn more about what they have to offer their feathered friends. They can meet birds ready for adoption, and learn more about how to care for their pet. The emphasis will be on captive bred birds, and only chicks that have been weaned will be on site. The show will also be making stops in other cities across California.
Small businesses may find that an expo-style event gives them an opportunity to build their customer base. A banner printing company will be able to lend a hand by providing a variety of booth decor and other materials that may grab the attention of the attendees.
The Exotic Bird Mart and Expo Inc. will be stopping near Chino on November 26th. It is scheduled for 1101 West McKinley Avenue in Pomona.
