The opening event to take place at the newly upgraded Paisley Town Hall has now been confirmed, and the building will be christened by a project that involves the local community.
This town hall building has been a fixture in Paisley for over 140 years, but has now been given a comprehensive makeover at a cost of £22 million. It is being designed to make it one of the top venues for entertainment in the region. Now, after being closed for a considerable period, the grand reopening is near and the first event within the new building will a community one.
It will serve as a test and only a specially selected audience will be invited. A number of organisations based in the town will put on performances, including Rockus Community Choir, Renfrewshire Music Collective and the arts group Art Boss.
Those putting together one-off events of this sort sometimes find that graphic design outlets in Paisley can be helpful in the creation of advertising Posters that are dynamic and relevant.
The first performances that are available to the whole of the public will follow within days of the test event. Among them will be a localised translation of the classic Macbeth that will feature Paisley Opera.
The community event will take place on 29th September, with the performances of Macbeth following on 6th and 7th October.Get a Free Quote for Posters
