The Scotland Vegan Festival is a celebration of that lifestyle and highlights many delicious vegan dishes that normally fly under the radar. Those who attend the event will find more than 80 food stalls, as well as ones that sell ethically produced beauty and skincare products and clothing.
Among the foods on offer will be salads, chocolate, pies, cooked meals and cheese – all of them made using only vegan ingredients.
In addition to all of that, the various top class specialist caterers at the event will be providing live cookery classes. This means people will be able to learn how to prepare the various dishes themselves.

This festival is put together by Victoria Bryceson. Speaking to the Daily Record, she said:
