Paisley is getting ready to host its popular annual Halloween Festival again later this year, and the organisers have promised that the 2023 event will come with a fresh format.
This festival has won awards in the past and draws thousands of tourists to Paisley every year. It is a three-night event that features a range of frightening fun, including spooky street performers and installations created by artists that have a Halloween twist. The main centre of activities for it has always been Paisley Abbey, which provides the perfect gothic backdrop.
One of the main changes for 2023 is that the activities will now be split between two different zones. The Live Performance Zone will be based at Paisley Cross and will have music, dance, stilt walkers, sword swallowers and LED drummers.
Meanwhile, the Halloween Trail Zone is the place for special events like the Raven’s Realm, Spooky Bat Cave and the Fire Show. Brochure printing from shops in Paisley can provide attendees with information about the different activities and where to find them.
This year’s festival will also feature new attractions such as the All or Nothing flying vampire troupe, who will take to the skies above the Abbey.
Renfrewshire Council is responsible for putting all this together, and it is set to take place from the 26th to 28th October.
