Safer Scotland is a company that provides site security and it has inked a deal with Farrans, a big civil engineering and building firm, to provide its services at the Northumberland Energy Park. This contract is worth up to £500,000 and the Paisley firm is describing it as a huge step forward in its Plans to expand into the market outside of Scotland.
It represents another excellent piece of news for the company, which has agreed a number of new contracts in the past few months, with these deals set to take its turnover to more than £1.6 million. That will be double the figure for the current financial year.
The deal will see the firm supply access control, provide men to act as guards and a tailored package of CCTV to various land development sites in the area. Thriving firms often use places that can provide business card printing, for networking purposes.
Speaking to The Scotsman, Ryan Clark, its founder said:
“This is an important new step which opens up a world of potential for our offering. The opportunities in England are 50 times greater than north of the border.”
The contract is for a two-and-a-half-year period.Get a Free Quote for Plans
