The Paisley Fun Run and the 10k Road Race are events that attract large numbers of people from the town and the wider area. They are always held together on the same day, with entrants having the choice which of them they prefer to take part in. The 2024 event saw over 4,500 people take to the streets to test their fitness levels, have fun and raise some cash for good causes.
OneRen is the organisation that puts together both of the runs, although it is supported by Kilbarchan Amateur Athletics Club and Renfrewshire Council on the delivery. The Fun Run serves as the shorter alternative to the 10k, making it ideal for young children and older people who wish to be involved on the day.
