What's Happening in Manchester, England…

One iota establishes Manchester office

A specialist in multi-channel technology for the retail sector, One iota, is continuing its strategy for expansion by opening a brand new office in the eastern side of Manchester.

The Sharp Project is the chosen location for this new office, and it is set to see the company – which has picked up clients like JD Sports, Littlewoods, Very and Superdry during the five years of its existence – recruit additional developers to work there.

Damian Hanson and David Hague, the founders of One iota, are seeking five more people to join the staff there, with Hague telling the local press:

“We are continuing to grow very quickly at the moment to support client demand for our services and at present we have 10 new positions available across the business.”

He added that setting up offices within The Sharp Project offers the company the base near the centre of the city that it needs, as well as the laidback atmosphere that suits its work.

Thriving local businesses such as this one are fortunate to have support from firms supplying modern corporate services like digital printing in Manchester.

One iota focuses on digital signage, in-store technologies, native applications and the development of business websites. The company was purchased two years ago by Sanderson Group.

The founder of The Sharp Project, Sue Woodward, stated that she was delighted One iota had chosen to become part of it and hire local talent.
