What's Happening in Manchester, England…

Manchester to welcome Kiwi comic

A celebrated comedian from New Zealand will appear in Manchester this coming autumn.

Those looking for laughs in Manchester will not want to miss the multi-talented Rhys Darby when he performs live for comedy fans in and around the city at Albert Hall this November. Respected events venues in major cities often trust professional poster printing services to produce branded advertisements for the entertainers they present.

An acclaimed actor and comedian, Darby is recognised as a successful export of New Zealand, appearing in multiple motion pictures and television shows. From cult comedy classics such as Flight of the Conchords and Our Flag Means Death (a collaboration with fellow Kiwi Taika Waititi) to films like the popular Jumanji franchise and Hunt for the Wilderpeople, he has earned numerous accolades from fans and critics alike.

The upcoming performance in Manchester is part of Darby’s tour to honour a quarter of a decade working as a stand-up comedian. An evening of comedic retrospection, the show will feature favoured material produced during his 25-year tenure on stage.

Rhys Darby will be live on stage at the Albert Hall on Wednesday 8th November. The venue can be found at 27 Peter Street in Manchester’s city centre, and the show will run from 7pm until 11pm. Tickets for the event are priced between £31.25 and £36.75.
