Manchester to welcome Canadian star
A celebrated singer-songwriter from Canada is coming to Manchester in the new year.
Dubbed the “Pop Punk Queen” by the music press, award-winning Canadian artist Avril Lavigne will be playing a gig in Manchester next year on her international tour. The musician’s female-driven debut album, Let Go was released when she was just 16 and became the best-selling 21st century album from a Canadian musician.
Musical recording artists and record labels employ professional printing services with a design to team to create logos and branding for their releases and merchandising. Lavigne fans attending the upcoming show taking place in Manchester will get the opportunity to see her perform a wide range of classic tracks that may include, “When You’re Gone”, “Bite Me”, “Sk8ter Boi”, “Here’s to Never Growing Up” and “Hello Kitty” to name but a few.
Lavigne has now released six studio albums and achieved eight Grammy awards. The Best Damn Thing, her third album recorded in the studio, was a number one hit in seven countries around the world.
Along with her successful musical career, the singer songwriter also earned acting credentials in 2006 in the film Fast Food Nation and providing a voice for an animated character in Over the Hedge.
Avril Lavigne will now play the O2 Apollo on Stockport Road in Manchester on Friday, March 25. The show will start at 7 pm and end at 11 pm.
