Manchester set to go glam

A band of British glam rock legends will be playing a celebrated Manchester venue later this year.

The city of Manchester is getting ready to rock this winter with a single-night performance from glam rock favourites Slade. Renowned for their festive anthem “Merry Xmas Everybody” and the wholehearted vocals of frontman Noddy Holder, the band will be appearing on stage to give their fans a special Christmas treat, although Holder is not part of the band’s current guise.

Slade earned accolades from music critics when they shot to stardom in the 1970s glam rock music scene. With six number one singles to their credit, they built on this early success and enjoyed a string of top 20 hits one after the other while discovering a dedicated fanbase in the process.

Music promoters and tour organisers alike often rely on professional poster printing services tor create materials for their advertising campaigns for upcoming shows.

Rock fans attending the Manchester show will be able to hear and see life performances of Slade’s classic tracks like “Mama Weer All Crazee Now”, “Cum on Feel the Noize”, “Rock and Roll Preacher”, “I’m a Rocker” and “Ooh La La in L.A.” from the 1987 album “You Boyz Make Big Noize”.

Slade will be on stage on Sunday, December 19 between 6:30 pm and 10:30 pm at the O2 Ritz Manchester on Whitworth Street.
