What's Happening in Manchester, England…

Canadian star coming to Manchester

Manchester music fans will be enjoying the music of a famous pop star from Canada this coming spring.

World-class Manchester venue the O2 Apollo has announced it will be welcoming Canadian pop icon Avril Lavigne to the stage in May. Venues hosting live concerts from solo artists and bands alike often rely upon printing services for professional promotional materials like flyers, signage, banners and posters.

The upcoming tour is named “Love Sux” after Lavigne’s seventh studio album released last year in 2022. Fans attending the Manchester show will get a chance to hear material from her new record such as “Bite Me”, “Avalanche” and “Love it When You Hate Me”, along with some of her classic tracks which may include “Complicated” and “I’m With You”.

Avril Lavigne will be on stage at the O2 Apollo for a single-night show starting at 7 pm on Saturday, May 6. The venue is located on Stockport Road in Manchester and tickets are priced at £45 for seats in the stalls and on the balcony.

Each ticket includes a charity donation of £2 towards the Avril Lavigne Foundation, which supports people with Lyme disease, disabilities and severe illness. The artist contracted Lyme disease in 2014 from a tick bite and spoke out about her struggles, stating that she was fighting for her life for her almost two years.
