What's Happening in Manchester, England…

Big beat star bound for Manchester

Manchester will see an acclaimed musician who popularised the big beat genre take to the stage of one of the city’s celebrated venues in March.

DJ, record producer and musician Norman Cook, better known as Fatboy Slim, will be playing a set in Manchester at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. Live music venues of all shapes and sizes from pubs and clubs to major stadiums often use expert banner printing services to create first-class signage to advertise the shows they host.

The upcoming March show in Manchester will see Fatboy Slim continue to push past the boundaries and retain his place as one of the most in demand artists and makers of quality beats across the globe. The multi-talented DJ will be introducing his Manchester fans to material from his brand-new album “Right Here, Right Then”, celebrating the 20th anniversary of an infamous event called the “Big Beach Boutique”.

In the 80s, Cook played bass for indie rockers The Housemartins, but when the group split up he embarked on a new career forming the Brighton band, Beats International, which released the hit number one track "Dub Be Good to Me".

Fatboy Slim will perform live at the O2 Victoria Warehouse, situated at Trafford Park in Stretford in Manchester, on Friday, March 10. The concert will start at 7pm and tickets are priced at £45.10 per person.
