Based on the documents that have been sent to the council, this developer hopes to convert the two floors of the building above the Macclesfield Pound Plus shop into living accommodation. This building is situated on Chestergate; the upper floors in question are being deployed as storage space at the moment.
Six of the one-bedroom flats would be created by converting those floors, while the back of the building would be extended to provide space for the remaining three. The planning documents state that the developer would also create 10 spaces for bicycle parking as part of the scheme.
Developers who build new flats within the town sometimes use Macclesfield outlets that provide brochure printing so that they have glossy Brochures with colour photographs to show them off.
According to Macclesfield Nub, the documents go on to say that:
“All apartments are in excess of National Housing Space Standards, with large windows to all habitable spaces, providing good natural light to the interior and benefit from well proportioned rooms within.”
They also indicate that the project would not involve making many alterations to the building.
A decision is expected during May.Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Plans
