Macclesfield is set to welcome back a multi-date art event this autumn that supports both a local charity and the work of regional and local creatives.
Art afficionados in the area may be pleased to hear that the much-loved event will once again be held in town this year. Entitled Art Fair Cheshire 2026, the immersive festival will run across eight days and showcase a collection of work from a wide range of artists creating in the county.
Running since 1999, the biennial event will also raise crucial funds to support the East Cheshire Hospice. The registered charity provides compassionate and professional care to adults who have life-limiting illnesses. Charitable organisations often depend on professional Print shops for high-quality printed campaign materials they can use to spread word of causes, obtain support and drive donations.
Two gallery spaces will be set up to present a diverse range of original artworks from an extensive array of mediums including glasswork, textiles, sculpture, jewellery, ceramics and painting. Other features include artists talks and tours, a pop up café featuring cakes and coffee and an opportunity to meet local makers and purchase their unique works.
Art Fair Cheshire 2026 will now be at Macclesfield Town Hall from Thursday, October 8 to Thursday, October 15. The fair is open daily between 10.30 am and 4 pm and the civic building is situated at Market Place in Macclesfield.Get a Free Quote for Print
