Mountain Warehouse opens Macclesfield store

Mountain Warehouse opened an outlet in Macclesfield recently.

The store is located in Macclesfield’s Mill Street and the formal opening of the shop took place on March 3rd. The store is 3,700 square feet and a wide range of goods are being sold from the premises. Print shops can provide useful materials to retailers opening new premises such as Flyers and product Catalogues.

Mountain Warehouse’s founder, Mark Neale, commented:

“We’re excited to share our passion for adventure and great value outdoor gear for all the family with the local community.”

Five employees are set to work in the store. They will sell clothing and outdoor equipment, with the products aimed at all age groups. Men and women may be able to find gear which suits their needs.

In the beginning of its commercial activity, Mountain Warehouse largely sold branded items to clear stock. Since then, the organisation has branched out into selling own brand equipment, clothing and footwear.

When it comes to opening stores across the UK, Mountain Warehouse has been selecting locations carefully. It has focused, in part, on developing a presence in places where walkers visit. Market towns have also gained from its continued growth.

Due partly to its expansion strategy, Mountain Warehouse has evolved into the largest retailer of its type in the country. It currently has about 250 stores within the UK. As a multinational business, Mountain Warehouse has approximately 340 outlets.
