A sizeable new housing project that will consist of hundreds of homes is to be constructed in Macclesfield and the developer has now revealed more details about it.
Bovis is the firm behind the project and the construction work will be carried out by Vistry Group. The completed scheme will cover 56 acres and will be made up of 305 homes in total, 213 of which will be for sale privately. The remaining 93 are set to be affordable homes that can either be purchased through a shared ownership scheme or rented.
Cheshire East Council granted Bovis the necessary planning permission for this project back in September. The site that has been selected for it is within the Lyme Green district of Macclesfield, near Gaw End Lane.
Graphic Design Services in Macclesfield can be useful to housing developers when they want to provide images to show people what their planned developments will look like after they are built.
The private homes that make up this particular development will range from two to five-bedroom ones, with the affordable properties being houses with two or three bedrooms, flats with one or two bedrooms and bungalows with two bedrooms.
Joanne Morrison from Vistry said the company was aiming to begin the construction of the homes before the year ends and have the first ones available by spring 2023.Get a Free Quote for Graphic Design Services
