Former Macclesfield school housing development close to completion

The first homes of a housing development in Macclesfield are expected to be ready this year. The initial phase of the development will see homes constructed on a site formerly occupied by a school and is nearly completed.

Called the King’s Gate development, this project involves a mixture of flats and houses being built on the land where King’s School used to stand. The developer responsible for it is PJ Livesey Group, which is stating that there will be a nationwide launch of the first properties to buy before the end of 2023.

Speaking to Macclesfield Nub, Craig Lynch from this company stated that:
“King’s Gate will provide a mix of homes from flexible four/five bedroom family properties to heritage conversions and new build apartments creating a truly mixed community to be within walking distance of all amenities.”

He then added that the company was thrilled to see the initial phase close to being finished, and that they were eager to welcome the first buyers.

Brochure printing provided by shops in Macclesfield can be useful to local property developers when they need to showcase their newest homes to interested buyers.

The homes being built in this phase are detached properties with three bedrooms; these will look out onto the cricket pitch. Semi-detached homes with gardens at the back are also planned in this development. The houses will be finished in late autumn.
