New bus guide produced for Lutterworth

A new guide to Lutterworth and the busses that run in the area has been printed as part of a series of leaflet guides to Leicestershire by the County Council.

Leicestershire County Council have designed, printed and funded a series of guides designed to help residents explore the region. These guides have been produced in full colour, using flyer printing. The Lutterworth guide features details of local bus services, maps of the local area and also gives contact details for useful organisations, such as National Rail Enquiries.

Leaflets and Flyers are an ideal way to communicate important travel or navigational advice about local areas, because they are small enough to be kept in a handbag or a pocket and referred to when necessary. The Cabinet Minister for Environment and Transport at Leicestershire County Council spoke about the leaflet guides, saying:

“The new bus map and town guides are valuable tools for bus passengers to enable them to plan hassle-free journeys.

"People choosing to travel by bus are not only helping to tackle road congestion but also reducing their carbon footprint at the same time.”

The leaflets are available either as a download from the council website, or by contacting the council by phone for a copy that has been produced using full colour printing. As well as Lutterworth being featured in the leaflet travel guides, there are 13 other guides available in the series, covering local areas from Loughborough to Ashby de la Zouch.
