This money has been provided by Close Brothers Property Finance. It will enable work on the GDV housing development to be completed. That scheme is being delivered by Mulberry Homes at a cost of £120 million, and there is one phase left to build. The chosen site for it is Kingsbury Park, and 288 homes have been built on land there already.
When the development is finished, it will be the biggest that Close Brothers Property Finance has ever put up the money for. It will also provide many much-needed new homes for people in Lutterworth and the wider local area.
Brochure printing supplied by Lutterworth shops can be very useful to property developers in the town. It can ensure they have Brochures with full colour photographs of their homes for sale or rent.
Simon Davey is employed by Close Brothers Property Finance as its business development director. According to BE News, he said:
“Our relationship with Mulberry Homes spans more than a decade and is built on mutual trust, consistent communication and a shared commitment to delivering high quality housing.”
John Burke from Mulberry Homes stated that the backing of Close Brothers had been invaluable.
A date for work to begin on the last phase is still to be announced.
