Notts Sport, which is based at Innovation House in the town’s Magna Park industrial complex, will be responsible for equipping councils, schools and sports clubs with top quality synthetic pitches, as part of England Hockey’s Plans to develop interest in the sport.
This is not the first time that the company has worked alongside England Hockey; in 2012, it was recruited as an approved supplier in the areas of advice, supply and facility design, making this latest contract a further endorsement of its services.
Should Notts Sport wish to publicise its relationship with England Hockey, as local businesses often do when they secure prestigious contracts, it will be able to use poster printing in Lutterworth to provide fresh promotional materials.
Duncan Bennett, the firm’s sales director, said:
“We look forward to working hand-in-hand with England Hockey to achieve our shared goal of helping more and more people across the country to enjoy this fantastic sport.”
Aside from this latest link-up with England Hockey – the largest such contract in Britain – Notts Sport has also agreed a supporting partnership with the national governing body for its National Club Weekend, from 2015. This annual event, held in September, seeks to encourage participation in hockey.Get a Free Quote for Plans
