The Long Road is set to be one of the places to be next summer for lovers of rootsy Americana music. The organisers have confirmed that Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives and The Cadillac Three will headline the festival’s main stage on the Sunday. The venue for the three-day event will be the estate of Stanford Hall, just outside Lutterworth.
Some of the other artists who have signed up to play at the festival include Brandy Clark, who will bring her storytelling songs to Leicestershire, and LOCASH. There will also be a number of top US country singers, such as Cassadee Pope, Gretchen Peters and Lindsay Ell.

The Long Road’s creative director Baylen Leonard told the Leicester Mercury that:
