A new eatery that offers the best in modern Indian cuisine will be opening in the City of London during the summer, marking its UK debut.
This eatery will go by the name Bulbul and will be situated in Tudor Street. It is being launched as a partnership between two prominent restaurateurs – Twinkle Keswani and Rohan D’Souza. They will be assisted in their new venture by Ashfaq Shaikh and Yash Dadlani, who are both chefs. The meals on offer at this bar and restaurant will be the very latest in Indian food.
It is not the first time Keswani and D’Souza have joined forces. They co-own a number of eateries in India, which include Cafe Montagne, the Lazy Goose and the Backwaters. However, Bulbul will represent their first venture into the British market.

Bulbul will feature a dining room with 10 seats. Right Brain Design Studio is responsible for its design.
