Aroland Holdings is the developer that is planning to build this tower, which will be called One London. It is set to reach the height of 309.6 metres and there is only one other tower of that height in the whole of Western Europe. The City of London Corporation gave planning consent to the project at the end of last year.
The precise location of One London will be on the corner of St Mary Axe and Leadenhall Street. It will replace St Helen’s Tower, which is currently in the process of being knocked down. After it is completed, the new tower will be used as office space.
When companies move into offices in the City of London, they are able to take advantage of useful local services. These include shops that provide printed Business Cards.
Perennial Holdings is acting as an advisor on this project, and its CEO Pua Seck Guan told BE News:
“One London symbolises our commitment to delivering buildings of international significance that will leave a lasting legacy. The name captures what this building truly is: the defining address of a city like no other.”
Aroland Holdings is expected to choose a contractor for the project sometime this year.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
