The company behind this scheme is Homes4Life and it wants to build the development on the land currently occupied by Crowlands Heath Golf Course. That facility is owned by Barking and Dagenham Council, but it has already agreed to sell it to the housing developer. Now, Homes4Life has submitted the necessary planning application, and there seems little doubt that the council will green light it.
If it does, the redevelopment of the site will be a big project. It will involve the construction of 1,250 homes, areas for children to play, shopping, sports and leisure facilities. Homes4Life has put out a series of CGIs that give an indication of what the completed scheme would look like.
When housing developers have new properties on offer in the local area, Brochures can be a good way to showcase them. Dagenham has brochure printing outlets to help with that.
Marc Pennick is the director of Homes4Life. Speaking to the Romford Recorder, he said:
“My Plans will hugely increase the number of people able to enjoy large open public parkland with numerous activities on offer.”
He added that those activities would include cycle routes, paddle courts, running paths and a community centre.
