Young Explorers Trail launched in Coventry this Easter

This Easter will see the launch of the brand new Coventry Young Explorers Trail which has been created to encourage youngsters to discover more about the city’s fascinating history.

The trail features a hands-on exploration of ten of Coventry’s most celebrated landmarks including both of the city’s cathedrals, the Coventry Transport Museum and the Herbert Art Gallery.

Upon arrival, children will be issued with a map of the trail and tasked with answering ten questions relating to the city by visiting each of the marked sites. Successful completion of the questionnaire will be rewarded with a pin-badge.

This new activity has been put together by Visit Coventry in collaboration with Culture Coventry and Coventry City Council, each of which is enthusiastic about its success. Culture Coventry’s manager of Marketing and Communications has stated:

“We’re hoping the city centre will be filled with a sense of adventure this Easter as families explore Coventry’s landmarks.”

Council Member Jim O’Boyle added:

“This new trail will give children a fun and engaging way to explore the city centre and I have no doubt they will learn plenty of new facts about Coventry along the way!”

For new venture launches like this, businesses and organisations often utilise poster printing services to advertise activities to families and attract as much participation as possible.
