Coventry to get new hospital

A vacant building in Coventry is set to be converted into a brand new hospital, which will lead to the creation of a number of full-time jobs for local people.

This hospital is going to be based in Ashford House, a building that formerly housed offices. It is located at Eden Road and is part of the Walsgrave Triangle Business Park. The most recent occupant of the building was Barclays Bank, which used it as a call centre. It is currently lying empty though, so the news that it will be turned into a hospital is welcome.

When the conversion has been completed, this new facility is expected to provide full-time employment for 50 people. There will also be part-time hospital work available. Among the medical services that it will offer are some Forms of major surgery, minor surgery and outpatient services.

Stationery printers in Coventry can be useful to facilities like local hospitals. This is because those facilities always need administrative Forms so that they can be managed smoothly.

This one is set to be managed by Skyline Hospitals and Bal Manoj from that company told the Coventry Telegraph that:
“We’re really pleased with Ashford House as the site for our hospital and are grateful to Bromwich Hardy for all their hard work in helping to make this happen.”

The hospital is expected to open later in the year.
