FriendsFest coming to Clapham
A festival dedicated to the iconic US sitcom Friends is set to come to Clapham next year as one of the stops on its 2021 tour of the UK.
FriendsFest has proven to be a popular summer attraction in previous years, but the 2020 UK tour had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Plans for its return next year have now been announced, so fans of Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Joey, Monica and Phoebe should start preparing themselves for an event full of interactive Friends-related fun.
The venue for the London part of the 2021 tour is expected to be Clapham Common, and those who go along will be able to visit familiar sets from the show including the Central Perk coffee shop and the apartments shared by the characters.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy drinks and snacks inspired by the sitcom and watch some of its most celebrated episodes. Friends ran from 1994 until 2004 and remains hugely popular to this day.
The organisers of FriendsFest 2021 are teaming up with Luna Cinema once again, and festivals like this often have fan merchandise on sale, such as promotional pens, that help to advertise them.
FriendsFest is scheduled to be at Clapham Common from 25th June to 11th July 2021 and will also stop at Milton Keynes, Bristol and Manchester.
