Clapham to host theatrical science fiction festival
A festival dedicated to science fiction writing and theatre will be taking place next month, and the chosen location for this year’s event is Clapham.
The Talos Festival was first launched in 2015 and is the brainchild of theatre group Cyborphic. It is currently the only UK or European festival of its sort, and Talos III: Science Fiction Theatre Festival of London will once again provide creative people working in the genre with an opportunity to stage their work during the eight-day period it is running for.
The venue for the festival will be the Omnibus Theatre in Clapham, with the Studio Upstairs section of the theatre being the stage for all of the events. Two different shows will be put on there on each night. Flyer printing services in Clapham can be a useful way of promoting events like this.
Among the highlights of this year’s festival will be Electric Village, which is a virtual reality show created by RawTransport that will let people experience a trip to anywhere they choose.
