Clapham to get new luxury development
A brand-new luxury housing development will open in Clapham later in the year, when work on the transformation of the listed building that has been chosen for it is complete.
This development will be named ‘The Residence – Clapham’, and it will be targeted at wealthy buyers, with the price for homes within it beginning at £516,000. The company behind the scheme is Alliance Investments, a firm that is based in Manchester, and it sees the completion of this project as central for its plans to expand into London.
