Clapham Grand to host Roles Well Never Play

A popular stage show that has enjoyed a number of successful runs in the West End will be coming to Clapham this autumn, in the shape of Roles We’ll Never Play.

This musical show centres on the cast singing tunes that fall outside their standard casting range. It is a unique concept and has led to the show running for three highly successful spells in the West End over the past few years. It is now heading to South London, with the Clapham Grand serving as the venue for the staging.

Presented by Tom Duern, the musical director for this version of the show will be Flynn Sturgeon. The impressive cast of performers will include names such as Connor Carson, Alice Fearn, Emily Benjamin, Samuel Bailey, Josh Clemetson, Iona Fraser and Jessica Daley.

Roles We’ll Never Play made its debut in the West End three years ago and proved to be an instant hit with audiences. It ran for two nights at the Apollo Theatre, and both proved to be sold-out successes that earned five-star reviews from theatre critics.

Tickets for this Clapham show are likely to be in high demand, although flyer printing from local services can help to further stimulate interest.

Support act Remember Monday is set to play an acoustic show on the evening, which will take place on 9th October.
