Art Fair comes to the Clapham area
If you love art and you are near Clapham, you can`t miss The Affordable Art Fair, which returns to Battersea Park from 20th to 23rd of October.
This event, that has received more than 22,000 people each time, will show the art exhibited by 120 British and International galleries over four days.
The idea of The Affordable Art began when, in 1996, Will Ramsay opened Will`s Art Warehouse in southwest London to bridge the interest in contemporary art and the London gallery scene. 3 years later, the Affordable Art Fair was born with the idea of selling affordable art, and where visitors could take advantage of the ease of buying, breadth of choice, affordable prices and user-friendly approach to artists.
“You don`t have to be a squillionaire to have original art on your walls”, says Will Ramsay.
From punchy prints to delicate paintings, you would be able to take a look at a selection of works that will be offered at the 2016 Autumn Edition of The Affordable Art Fairs.
Tickets are available now and the prices vary from £8 to £15. Children under 16 access free. The opening times are Thursday 20th from 11:00am to 9:30pm, Friday 21st from 11:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 22nd from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 23rd from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
There will be concessionary tickets for over 60s, full time students, and those in receipt of jobseeker allowance or income support.
The event will take part in Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park, London, SW11 4NJ
