The Bon Jovi tribute band, Wrong Jovi, is currently on tour and is due to play a gig in Ashton-under-Lyne towards the end of July.
This outfit is relatively new to the tribute scene and has quickly earned the respect of audiences. They consist of a group of highly regarded professional singers and musicians that includes Ally Ward (X Factor and The Singer Takes It All) namely Wrong Jovi himself.
Ally is supported by original member Mark Harding on guitar and occasionally lead vocals, Simon James on keyboards, Giuliano Ianarelli on bass, and drummer Rhys Kirkman. They are known for their detailed approach and in 2022 took the 'Best Tribute Act' at The National Entertainment Awards.
The band's debut gig was at Club 85, Hitchin, and their appearance on FUBAR Radios Justin Lee Collins show impressed listeners by delivering acoustic versions of Bon Jovi songs. Indeed, they succeed in making smaller venues seem like arenas.
Wrong Jovi's set list includes such popular hits as 'Livin’ on a Prayer', 'It's My Life', 'Bed of Roses', 'Runaway' and 'Lay Your Hands on Me'.
Tickets cost £12.00 in advance and £15. 00 on the door. Flyer printing can be an effective option when it comes to the promotion of a concert or musical event.
Wrong Jovi's gig has a starting time of 8.30 pm on Saturday 26th July at The Witchwood, Ashton-under-Lyne.
